Name             : Hideto Matsumoto

Born             : (December 13, 1964 – May 2, 1998) Yokosuka, Kanagawa, Japan
Band            : X - Japan


hide was born in St. Joseph's Hospital in Midorigaoka, Japan, on December 13, 1964 and went on to attend Yokosuka Tokiwa Junior High School. He was first exposed to rock music at the age of fifteen, through the album Alive II by Kiss. That same year his grandmother bought him his first electric guitar, a Gibson Les Paul Deluxe.
On March 11, 1980, hide graduated from Tokiwa Junior High School. He then entered Zushi Kaisei Senior High School in Zushi, Kanagawa, where he entered the school's brass band as a club activity. He quit the band after a short time because he was assigned the clarinet while he wanted to play the trumpet. After this, he concentrated on guitar and in 1981 formed the band Saber Tiger. A year after their founding, they started playing shows at live houses in Yokosuka, such as Rock City.
In April 1983 he started studying cosmetology and fashion at the Hollywood Beauty Salon in present-day Roppongi Hills, from which he graduated in 1984. Later that year he took a nationwide examination and successfully obtained a beautician license. In July 1985 Saber Tiger released their self-titled EP, which included two songs, "Double Cross" and "Gold Digger". In November, the band contributed the song "Vampire" to the Heavy Metal Force III sampler, which also included songs by X and Jewel.Years later, Jewel's guitarist Kiyoshi would join hide's solo band.
In 1986 the group changed its name to Saver Tiger to avoid confusion with a similarly named band from Sapporo (see Saber Tiger). Their first appearance with the new name was on the sampler Devil Must Be Driven out with Devil, with their songs "Dead Angle" and "Emergency Express". They continued to perform in live houses and night clubs such as Meguro Rokumeikan, Omiya Freaks and Meguro Live Station.Until January 28, 1987, when hide became tired of changing members and decided to end the band (vocalist Kyo and drummer Tetsu would both go on to D'erlanger). Around the same time hide was invited to join X.

1987–1997: X Japan

Main article: X Japan

hide joined X Japan (then called X) in early 1987.He became the band's lead guitarist and occasional songwriter, composing songs like "Celebration", "Joker" and the single "Scars". Shortly after the release of the album Art of Life, the members of X Japan took a break, to start solo projects. Around that time, the group also dropped most of its original visual kei aesthetics, except hide who would still perform in wildly colorful outfits and with his trademark pink hair.

1993–1998: Solo career

In early 1993, hide was featured on the sampler Dance 2 Noise 004, with the song "Frozen Bug", which he recorded with Inoran and J of Luna Sea, under the band name M*A*S*S. He also starred in an art film titled Seth et Holth, along with Tusk of Zi:Kill.In 1994, hide recorded and released his first solo album, Hide Your Face. In addition to all vocals and songwriting, he played most of the guitars and bass on some of the tracks. The cover art was based on a mask designed by Swiss artist H. R. Giger.The album's musical style differed significantly from the speed metal anthems and power ballads of X Japan, leaning more towards alternative rock. hide then went on the "Hide Our Psychommunity Tour", for which a live band was hired that would later become his primary project, hide with Spread Beaver.
In 1996, hide oversaw the production of the first release on his own label LEMONed (founded in 1989), an album from the band Zeppet Store. His second solo album, Psyence, was released on September 2, it was followed by the "Psyence a Go Go" tour. After X Japan disbanded in 1997, hide formally titled his solo project hide with Spread Beaver. He also formed a new band named Zilch in 1996, which apart from him and Spread Beaver programmer and percussionist I.N.A., was composed of American and British artists, such as Joey Castillo (Queens of the Stone Age), Paul Raven (Killing Joke) and Ray McVeigh (ex:The Professionals).

May 2, 1998: Death

hide died on May 2, 1998. After a night out drinking, he was found hanged with a towel tied to a doorknob in his Tokyo apartment. Authorities officially deemed hide's death a suicide,and this verdict was reported in the media. Within one week, three fans had died in copycat suicides, and of the 50,000 people who attended his funeral at Tsukiji Hongan-ji, nearly 60 were hospitalized and about 200 received medical treatment in first aid tents.Later that month, the single "Pink Spider" was released, entering the Oricon charts at number one. The song would also receive that year's MTV Video Music Award in the category "Japan Viewers Choice".Sales were also strong for the follow-up single "Ever Free", while those of a single released previous to his death "Rocket Dive" would also see a substantial increase. American Journalist Neil Strauss commented on the trend saying that: "In just a few weeks, pop culture in Japan had gone from mourning hide's death to consuming it."^[popular interpretation of the lyrics to hide's "Pink Spider", which he had performed on the day prior to his death, fueled speculation of a premeditated suicide, because of clear autobiographical elements, and the song's theme of escape from the vicissitudes of life.
Meanwhile, several of hide's friends and colleagues stated that they believed the auto-strangulation to have been an accident, among them X Japan co-founder Yoshiki and former X bassist Taiji. This notion is supported by the fact that no suicide note was left and Taiji theorizes in his autobiography, that at the night of his death, hide may have been practising a technique to relieve upper back and neck pains which guitarists can suffer from continuous use of a shoulder strap.The technique involved was practiced by the X Japan members during their touring days and required the use of a towel and a door knob or handle. According to Taiji, hide may have fallen asleep in his intoxicated state, becoming caught and strangling himself.
Zilch bassist Paul Raven commented that hide was "under a lot of stress", due to recording schedule for the Ja, Zoo album. He went on to question the ultimate degree of hide's involvement in the finished record, stating that only three songs had been completed before he died.ja, Zoo was released in November of that year with the artist listed as hide with Spread Beaver. Zilch's debut album 3.2.1. was also released and the group continued to perform and record for several years. While they never achieved mainstream success in the United States one of their songs was included on the soundtrack for Heavy Metal 2000.[

In 2007 he became a member of the trance/world music act Juno Reactor, and in 2009 officially joined the heavy metal band X Japan.
In addition to being known to experiment with many musical genres, mostly rock, psychedelic and electronica, he is known for his political ideas and views, as well being an anti-war, anti-nuclear and environmental activist.And he make new band with a 3 other big artis as Miyavi,Gackt adn Yoshiki.

Miyavi was born in Nishikujo, Japan to a Japanese mother and second-generation Zainichi Korean father.While young, he moved to Kawanishi in Hyōgo Prefecture. Miyavi says that as a child, he was a good student and enjoyed playing soccer.
At 15, Miyavi bought his first guitar (though he initially planned to buy a bass guitar) and a multi-effector from money he had saved up himself and began writing music after a soccer injury left him unable to play.

1999-2004: Dué le Quartz and indies era

In 1999, at the age of 17, Miyavi joined the visual kei band Dué le Quartz where he was credited under the name, Miyabi. Upon Dué le Quartz's dissolution in 2002, he announced that his plan to initiate a solo career and changing his name to Miyavi, releasing his debut album Gagaku soon after. He later signed a contract with PS Company, and eventually with Universal Music Group where he became a major label artist. Miyavi's significant change in music and visual styles after leaving Dué le Quartz caused much of his original audience to disperse, but attracted a new audience.
Prior to starring as himself in the 2003 film Oresama, Miyavi also starred alongside his former band mate Sakito, from Dué le Quartz, in Ryomano Tsumato Sono Ottoto Aijin.
Miyavi has been regularly featured in various Japanese rock magazines, such as Fools Mate, Arena 37c, and Shoxx. In the past he has also modeled in the Gothic & Lolita Bible and for various brands such as the clothing line Fotus.
In 2004 Miyavi was scheduled to perform at various conventions in the United States, but was forced to cancel at the last minute due to "staff issues". One of the planned events had been a show at Pacific Media Expo, where the band Psycho le Cému acted as a substitute, while another was at Anime Central, where then-indies band Sid was booked as a replacement. He was also scheduled for Megacon, but no replacement was provided.
In 2004 the maxi-single "Ashita, Genki ni Naare" hit the number one spot on the Oricon indies chart.

2004-2006: Majors and pop/acoustic era

Following his signing with Universal Music Group in October 2004, Miyavi released his first major single "Rock no gyakushū -Superstar no jōken-/21 Seikigata Koushinkyoku" and began to credit himself in the song writing credits in his liner notes as MYV. His first major album, Miyavizm, was released in June 2005.
In late 2005 and for most of 2006, Miyavi shifted to an acoustic/pop sound reflected in his second and third albums, MYV Pops and Miyaviuta -Dokusou-, released in August and September 2006, respectively. Reflecting on MYV Pops, he had stated "it's like putting all the songs that I created, presenting my own attitude towards "popularity", into one album."About Miyaviuta: Dokusou Miyavi said "...for the album I wanted to fit in with the quality of the songs themselves and absorb myself into my performance, playing acoustic guitar alone."
Miyavi showcased his new acoustic style for the first time in his 25 Shūnen Kinen Koen Tokyo Geijutsu Gekijo 5 Days -Dokuso- concert series held at Tokyo Geijutsu Gekijo for five days around his 25th birthday in September 2006.
Miyavi left for America for the next six months. During a 2009 interview, he revealed that he went there to study English at a language school among people who had come there on a job search from all over the world. Regarding his school schedule, he said he went to language school "from seven in the morning till after noon, after which I went to dance class. Everyday, I had about eight hours of training, dancing, running. Then, I went home to do homework. On the weekends, my friends drove me to Venice Beach, and I'd do street performances."

2007-2008: US debut, Neo Visualizm and S.K.I.N.

On December 30, 2006 Miyavi put out a message that he would be joining a band.On May 25, 2007 at the JRock Revolution concert organized by Yoshiki at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles, it was officially announced that Miyavi would be a part of a band named S.K.I.N., which also consisted of solo artists Yoshiki, Gackt, and Sugizo.
S.K.I.N. performed their debut live at the 2007 Anime Expo convention in Long Beach, California on June 29, 2007.
On February 8, 2007, Miyavi announced via his online diary that he would be performing live in Las Vegas.The performance took place on February 17, 2007 at the Tabu Ultra Lounge in the MGM Grand.^[
In May 2007, Miyavi announced his fourth major album, as well as his first remix album, would be released in July. Remixed by TeddyLoid, the album, titled 7 Samurai Sessions -We're Kavki Boiz-, features re-arrangements of his past songs and features a variety of instruments such as a turntable, various drums and tap dancing.The limited edition of the album included a DVD with bonus studio recording footage. Miyavi's seventh major single (and 14th overall), a double A-side entitled "Sakihokoru Hana no you ni -Neo Visualizm- / Kabuki Danshi", was released on June 20, 2007, and debuted at number four on the Oricon charts.The supporting tour, entitled "The Beginning of Neo Visualizm Tour", started on July 16, and was planned for twenty venues in Japan and a stop in South Korea in six weeks.
On September 3, a new single "Subarashikikana, kono sekai - What A Wonderful World" was announced, and it was released on November 14, 2007.
Shortly after this release, Miyavi announced a new single—a collaboration with fellow S.K.I.N. guitarist Sugizo, entitled "Hi no hikari sae todokanai kono basho de", which was released on January 16, 2008.
A new album was released in March 2008, titled This Iz the Japanese Kabuki Rock followed by two announcements at the last show of his 2007 Asia tour at Shibuya C.C. Lemon Hall December 25, 2007; that of the release of the Official Bootleg Live at Shinkiba Coast live DVD and of This Iz The Japanese Kabuki Rock Tour 2008, his first world tour with performances in North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
The tour kicked off with a fan-club only event at Shibuya-AX in Tokyo, in May 2008. The circuit was composed of 33 cities in 14 countries over a 3 month period, with the distance traveled approximately 48,385 miles, equivalent to a full trip around the world. Majority of the concerts were sold out and covered extensively by more than 200 different media organizations. It wrapped up with a performance in Tokyo on August 17, 2008.
On December 24 of the same year, Miyavi released This Iz The Original Samurai Style, his world tour DVD, a remix album, Room No. 382 (remixed by TeddyLoid), and the Peace&Smile Carnival Tour 2005 DVD (re-released after it initially sold out).
In a late 2008 interview, upon being asked where he wanted to go in the next ten years (personally or on tour), Miyavi expressed his desire to visit "Russia, Italy, Macao, Dubai, Antarctica, India, Thailand, Indonesia, New Orleans, Mexico, Argentina, Croatia, Mt. Fuji.

Malice Mizer (マリスミゼル ^?) adalah sebuah band yang berasal dari Jepang dengan jenis musik gothic pop yang didirikan oleh Mana dan Közi pada bulan Agustus 1992 dan aktif sampai bulan Desember 2001.

Mana mendirikan Malice Mizer pada tahun 1992. Di tahun 1999, band ini kehilangan 2 personil: drummer, Kami yang meninggal karena sakit akibat pendarahan pada selaput otaknya sehingga ia meninggal dalam tidur dan Gackt yang ingin bersolo karier. Gackt digantikan oleh Klaha, pemain drum digantikan oleh support drummer bernama Sue karena bagi Mana, almarhum Kami adalah pemain drum yang sangat dihormati dan tidak tergantikan oleh siapapun.
Nama band Malice Mizer diambil oleh Mana dari bahasa Perancis "malicious mizery" berdasarkan dari jawaban mereka tentang apa arti seorang manusia, mereka menjawab "Human is nothing but being malicous and misery". Malice Mizer sangat terkenal di Jepang dan Eropa. Di tahun 2002 banyak terjadi konflik di Malice Mizer sehingga band terpaksa bubar. Personil Malice Mizer sekarang mengambil jalan sendiri-sendiri bersolo karier. Mana mendirikan band baru bernama moi dix mois dengan personil Mana, K, dan Seth. The Kominas(Muslim Punk)
    The Kominas are a Pakistani-American Desi punk rock band from Lexington, Massachusetts. The band currently includes Basim Usmani (bass), Imran Ali Malik (guitar), Hassan Ali Malik (guitar) and Abdullah Saeed (drums).They are Muslim Punk from Pakistani.

        











   The first Kominas' song ever released was "Rumi was a Homo (But Wahhaj Is a Fag)", by the website Muslim Wake Up! in response to then recent homophobic comments made by the Imam Siraj Wahhaj. In 2007, The Kominas pressed 2000 copies their first album, Wild Nights in Guantanamo Bay, which is now out of print.
In 2010, The Kominas released a 7-song E.P. entitled Escape to Blackout Beach, and a documentary that follows the early history of the band entitled Taqwacore: The Birth of Punk Islam was released. A third 10-track self-titled album was released on Christmas day as a free download in 2011.
